I'm a resident of Johnson City and have lived in the Tri-Cities area since 1990.  My wife Faith and I love adventure! We've bungee jumped off a 143' bridge into a raging river in New Zealand.  We've been SCUBA diving over 100' deep on the north wall in Grand Cayman.  We've hiked Mt. Doom!  Yes, THE Mt. Doom (actually called Mount Ngauruhoe) featured in The Lord of the Rings!  We adventure. 

Here in beautiful northeast TN we are avid hikers and enjoy taking our kayaks out on the various rivers and lakes.  While my wife doesn't enjoy fishing, I do and take every opportunity I can to my kayak out fishing.  Nothing like being out on the water!

My love of adventure is one of the reasons I enjoy real estate so much.  There's nothing more adventurous than buying or selling a home.  Today's market is absolutely crazy especially if you're a first time buyer.  It's a jungle out there and the pitfalls for new buyers are very difficult to see.  That's where I come in.  I'll get in the weeds for you because that's my job and I love it!  I'll be your Sherpa and carry the load.  Life is an adventure, but buying or selling a home doesn't have to be, for you.
